TATRA STB-670, a pump-action shotgun with own characteristics, is a successful and extremely reliable clone of Remington model 870.

The STB-670 features a bottom-loading, side ejecting receiver and a tube-fed magazine under the barrel. It has dual action bars, internal hammer, and a bolt which locks into an extension in the barrel. The action, receiver, fire control group, safety catch and slide release catch of the TATRA STB-670 shotgun are similar to those used on the Remington Model 7600 series pump-action centerfire rifles and carbines.

Its barrels, both slug and with interchangable chokes, made of 4140 drilled steel are chrome-plated inside, and outside immersed in phosphate. The receiver is machined from forged steel, which provides tremendous durability under the most difficult pressure and operating conditions.
